Just a quick note to say a big “Thank You” to Heath who helped me one-on-one via phone support for an file import issue. Issue solved in under 5 minutes (I think I’m even rounding up) thanks to his patience and clarification of the Ezine Director process!
Thank you so much for your quick reply. I knew I made the right call when I suggested my client switch from iContact, whose system is difficult to use and who were unable to help me after over an hour online with their tech support.
